The Rainier crew spent the morning at Cowlitz County Fire District #2 main station. During our 2-1/2 hour visit, we learned their operations, including staffing, response areas, equipment and philosophy. Columbia River Fire and Rescue has a Mutual Aid agreement with both Cowlitz and Longview.
